Joseph "Chopper" Chavis is 55 years old, resides in Lawtell, La and is the father of the one and only "Leon Chavis". Chopper has been with the band since the beginning which would be about 5 years. He enjoys love and happiness through music and entertainment. He also enjoys racing cars, motorcycles, performing, and socializing. You will always find Chopper along with Leon after the show getting to know the fans. "I gained my musical experience by playing with bands such as Keith Frank, T-Broussard, Brad Randall, and various R&B groups over the past 36 years." says Chavis.

Eric "Easy" Singleton resides in Lawtell, La. He has been with Leon for approximately 2 years now playing the Drums. Eric enjoys going out to local trairides and riding his horse. He also plays different musical instruments, one being the accordion. "I gained my musical experience by watching other musicians who inspired me to play" says Singleton.

Derrick "Deezie" Woods is 29 years old and resides in Lawtell, La. He has been with Leon for approximately 2 years now on bass. Derrick enjoys riding motorcycles, playing music and working on cars. He also enjoys good Louisiana food and good people and dislikes negativity. "I gained my musical experience by starting with the drums in elementary school and high school. Now thanks to Leon for showing me, I now play the bass." says Woods.

Gabriel Perrodin Jr. (Stage Name- Guitar Gable Jr. and Nick Name- Pandy) is the guitar player for Leon Chavis. His father is the Louisiana Hall of Famer better known as Guitar Gable. This man ( Jr.) has played with hundreds of bands from LA and TX such as: The Sam Brothers Five, Rockin Dopsie, Dwayne Dopsie, Beau Jocque, Chris Ardoin, Sean Ardoin, Terry and the Zydeco Bad Boys, Geno Delafose as well as forming his own band ( Guitar Gable Jr. and the Total Package) just to name a few.
